Vit E Capsule For Face

back from Vienna

This past weekend Martina and I spent in Vienna. The idea was literally born already Birgit's birthday in June last year, when Bill gave her blogger friends, even dyed fabric packs with matching embroidery thread and diaper fabric and asked if we make it not a community project and this then for the exhibition at Sigrid Pöschl wish to submit. On the return trip from Munich, Martin and I then considered whether we could not go to Vienna to our Quilt in kind to look at because we had previously never visited both Vienna and the exhibition would be a good reason to catch this. When, by Hanna nor the invitation came to stay with her, the decision was made: Vienna, here we come!
And now it was finally time. Hanna has already received us warmly at the airport and then it started right in the center of Vienna, where was waiting Claudia on us. Claudia proved to be the perfect tour guide and showed us by car Vienna's sights around the ring like Hofburg, the Maria Theresa Square, Parliament, City Hall and the Burgtheater. Then we continued on foot through the narrow streets of the English Riding School and of course to St. Stephen's Cathedral.

There we were lucky that the show had just ended and we could also visit the magnificent nave of the cathedral.

Below the pulpit, the "window gazer," a portrait of the unknown master of the pulpit.

could not afford to miss a visit to one of the famous coffee houses of Vienna and we have turned the oldest in the city, the cafe Hawes.

And Martina and I from the trip and the tour but were a little tired, we landed in the afternoon in the Cafe Demel, that was also worth seeing as the Cafe Hawes.

On Saturday we were invited to lunch at Claudia, who turned out to be the perfect hostess as Hanna and had prepared a great menu for us. But not only that was waiting for us, as Claudia had invited Michi , Renate , Ursula, Monika and Helen, so we all get to know you personally, a real surprise. Not missing, of course, was allowed a brief show and tell and a visit from Claudia's sewing room. Then it went
then to the actual purpose of our trip, the exhibition "Hand Painted" with Mrs. Poeschl. In the living room we admired the first time our community work. From left to right, the strip of Brigitte, Claudia are my one Helga , Martina, Hanna , Gisela and Birgit sewn. But the other quilts were exhibited is quite impressive and were well represented.

then we are spontaneously moved to Renate where I've fallen into this Mola, who then also had necessarily to Germany.

waited the evening with a visit the Heurigen another highlight for us. There we shall know then also the second Michi from the Vienna round.

the Sunday we will comfortably spent with Hanna, who are also spoiled again culinary, before we unfortunately had to leave for the airport, not to have been bestowed without rich because of Monica, there were pumpkin seeds and homemade biscuits in Ursula AMC a beautiful, decorated by Michael pumpkin seed oil with an embroidered heart and plenty of Hanna "Hüftgold" because she knows my Vorleibe for Austrian Mozart balls.

What is the memory of a wonderful weekend that Hanna and Claudia have given us.
